In Shallow Sholes, English Souls Do It
Heyo. It's been awhile. I've been purty busy dealing with things over here. Tyler, my roommate and best friend here, won't be able to live with me next year. He won't tell me why, but he says he's lucky not to be going to jail. Do you think that helps me? Now I have to decide whether I want to live on my own, find new people to move in here, or find someone to move into a smaller place with. Complications, complications.
The weather is getting nice here and we've started venturing outside. For spring break I decided with 10 minutes to pack that I wanted to go down to Oregon and camp with some friends. They pulled up to my house in a van. Van-essa to be specific. Van-essa also happened to have a keg strapped to the middle where the seats had been taken out. Nice job, eh? It was an awesome trip where I had to tent-hop. Luckily I was only there for two nights so only had to do that once. The second night, I kindly agreed to sleep in a different tent so my friend could get his groove on. It was half-way through the day when I realized Brian was missing, as well as one of the girls we were with. Let's just say I knew ahead of time he would be asking me to move. So I slept in my friend Yancey's tent who also tried to get his groove on. That didn't work.
I'm going to be a bridesmaid! My cousin Mira is getting married next March in Tucson, AZ and my parents said they would pay for me to go. Suh-weet. The bachelorette party in Vegas though...I have to pay for that one. But that's in January, and I'll be 21. Noice. Other than that I'm going to Arkansas this summer for about a week. I have to see the relatives for the first time since I was 7. Eek. By the way, Courtney, are you still planning on doing thanksgiving at your place? If you are, I need to plan to start saving. If you aren't, we need to figure something out so we can see eachother without your dad saying no.
Lauren, Justin, and Micah...It was awesome seeing you guys this past couple of months. I hope you had a great time, and hey, maybe you'll move out here? I can be pretty persuasive you know...lol. Liz, I got your message the other day. I drink bubbly-water here and everyone looks at me funny, but me and you know that bubbly-water kicks ass. Chris, I'm sorry you hate Oklahoma. You can always try and get a hold of Florian...haha. Just Kidding. Heather, haven't heard from you in awhile, but hope all is going well. Katie, next time you stop through Seattle, let me know, we should hang out again. Paul, you're so close, but so far. I have another friend out in Walla Walla. I may just have to drive out there...
Hope everyone's doing great. Don't hesitate to call me. I like hearing from you. Plus it's nice to get away from emotion-killing rugby players and active-avid girl friends.
